Your Guide to HD TV

High Definition, Buyers Guide

Buyers Guide

Over the last few years we have seen television technology advance considerably. Introduction of LCD and Plasma screens have meant improved picture quality, but it is High Definition Television (HDTV) that has really brought a dramatic improvement to the quality of picture we see on our television screens.

Amazing Quality HD Television

HDTV means more detail, sharper images and better colour reproduction. HDTV picture has up to four times more detail than a SD television picture.

Screens have moved from 4:3 to film-like 16:9 widescreen. So you can enjoy films and programming at their correct aspect ratio.

A greater amount of pixels means that you can watch HD television on a large screen size without losing any of the quality.

The best way to see the benefits of HD is to come in store and see it for your self. Once you've seen High Definition, you'll never want to go back.
