With the Sony HDR-TD10E you can capture those unforgettable moments in incredible 3D. The camcorder offers Full HD 3D recording by using dual lenses and duals sensor and delivers 3D with superb image quality and a 1920 x 1080 full-resolution HD images for each eye!
You can also use the Sony HDR-TD10E to capture spectacular Full HD 1920x1080 50p 2D only as well and with a very high bit rate. 25p progressive recording is also available to give your 2D video a more cinematic feel. Whether 3D or 2D recording, video can be stored on 64GB internal memory or an optional Memory Stick Pro Duo or SD/SDHC card. The internal memory can store around 26 hours of Full HD footage.
The Sony HDR-TD10E boasts double 1/4 type Exmor R CMOS Sensors, as well as a pair of BIONZ processors. These achieve separate detail-packed video images for each eye with reduced image noise, especially in low light.
The Sony HDR-TD10E features double G Lenses with 10x optical zoom for 3D video and 12x for 2D video. The two high-quality lenses capture stereoscopic images for the left and right eye and allow you to capture everything in a range of situations.
The Sony HDR-TD10E also has an Optical SteadyShot Active Mode to reduce the effects of camera shake and to achieve clearer, more stable handheld images, even when filming whilst walking.

The Sony HDR-TD10E is equipped with a cutting-edge 3.5" Xtra Fine 3D LCD with an ultra-high (1229k dot) resolution. The display can reproduce your video in incredible 3D and without the need for glasses, plus the touchscreen interface provides quick and easy camcorder control.
Manual Control is available should you want to find tune your 2D video. Focus, White Balance, Exposure, AE Shift, Iris and Shutter Speed can all be precisely controlled using an assignable dial on the front of the camera. Alternatively, if you’re less experienced with camcorder control or you just want to point, shoot and produce high-quality video, you can activate Intelligent AUTO (iAUTO) mode. This recognises up to 90 combinations of Face Detection, scene settings and handheld/tripod shooting and makes adjustments for the best results.
You can use Tracking focus with your 2D video to ensure that moving subjects such as children or pets, always stay in focus. Simply select a subject on the touchscreen and the HDR-TD10E will keep autofocus locked. Plus Quick AF achieves Autofocus in no time for clear, sharply-focused images, even in low-light conditions.
You can add natural, high-quality sound to your 3D and 2D video, as the Sony HDR-TD10E features a sensitive new microphone design. The mic together with digital signal processing helps to capture 5.1ch surround sound with crystal-clear dialogue and reduced wind noise.
The Sony HDR-TD10E features an HDMI connection for outputting stereoscopic Full HD video signals to any compatible 3D HD television – So you can relive the memories on the big screen and in amazing 3D! The HDR-TD10E also has a built-in USB cable that stows neatly in the camcorder's hand strap when not in use.
