Memory Cards
An increasing number of camcorders support memory cards to store video and images on. Memory Cards are a reliable, compact way to store video. Copying across video and images is simple: just slot the card into a device or card reader that supports it and copy across the files.
Which memory format used depends on the camcorder model. A large number use SD or SDHC. An SD Memory Card’s storage capacity ranges from 512MB – 2GB, while SDHC’s is between 4GB and 32GB, although this could increase in the future.
