The Sony Party-shot (IPT-DS1) is like having your own personal photography in the room. Simply dock a compatible Cyber-shot camera and it will automatically take great-looking photos for you.
The SonyParty-shot does all the hard work, so you can relax and have fun, while it captures the good times. It automatically rotates and tilts to line up natural, perfectly framed shots of you, your friends or your family. It then uses Face Detection and Auto mode to ensure that each shot has perfect exposure, flash and white balance and uses Smile Shutter to capture smiling, happy faces.
You can manually adjust the pan angle range, movement speed, shooting frequency and flash mode using an on-camera menu system to ensure that everyone in the room is captured perfectly.
The fully-portable Sony Party-shot can be powered by two AA batteries (sold separately) and these can provide up to 11 hours of usage. The Party-shot can be placed on tables or mounted on to tripods.
