Monopods
Monopods can help support your camera and reduce camera movement. They’re great for reducing blurring from camera shake and allowing for photography at slower shutter speeds.
Monopods are essentially a long adjustable pole. The camera attaches to a head at the top, and the pole can be gripped using one or two hands. Monopods contain a number of adjustable sections, allowing them to extend to over 1.5 metres and retract to a short length for easy storage.
Certain monopods contain three retractable legs turning the monopod into a simple, compact tripod.
