Compact Flash or (CF) is used in a range of portable devices, although DSLRs have becomes the main use for the format in recent years.
Compact flash is the largest (in both physical size and capacity) of the memory card formats. It’s about 4cm wide, 3cm in height and a few mm in thickness.
Compact flash has a reputation for being reliable and can store very large amounts of data. Versions with storage capabilities of up to 100GB will be available, making it ideal for storing lots of high quality photos.
