DVDs
Burn hours of video, a large amount of data or a high-quality DVD audio disc on to a blank DVD using your DVD Burner.
Blank DVDs offer over 6x more storage capacity than a Blank CD, so you can store a more files and longer amounts of higher quality video.
Most blank DVD formats will work on your home DVD player, so if you create a video or audio DVD, you should be able to play it back on your player.
Blank DVDs are available as RW (Rewritable) and R (Recordable) discs.
RW discs let you store data on the disc and then simply write over it again and again. R discs let you burn data or record video on to the disc only once. Both are advantageous: RW discs can store data temporarily whereas R discs can store a permanent back up.
