The Fuji QS-70 FinePix Printer is a quick and simple way to turn your digital camera snaps into high-quality prints. It’s easy and very fun to use and it offers a range of handy features including wireless printing via infra-red, multiple memory card slots and on-board enhancing and editing tools.
PC-Free Printing
There are a number of ways to transfer your photos on to the QS-70 and all of them don’t require a PC! Built-in infrared technology allows you to wirelessly print photos from compatible digital cameras. The wireless capabilities work with any FinePix camera equipped with IrSimple high-speed infrared. Simply press the send button on the camera and the image is transferred to the printer, ready to print. It’s quick, simple and there isn’t the hassle of cables!
Alternatively you can connect your camera’s memory card and print any photo stored on-board. The QS-70 accepts xD picture card, Compact flash, SD memory card and Memory Stick memory cards.
The versatile printer also has a PictBridge connection and you can connect it directly to a PC via USB (Appropriate drivers and software included)
Easy viewing, selecting and editing
The QS-70’s easy-to-view 2.4-inch LCD display and intuitive graphical user interface makes it easy to find which photos you want to print. You can search for a particular image via the date/time stamp display and even display 9 thumbnail images simultaneously. You can then queue a number of images that you want to print – Handy if you want to print an album for example.
The display can also be used with a range of on-board editing tools. You can rotate and crop your images and adjust brightness and colour saturation. Plus you can make your images black and white or sepia to give them a unique, artistic feel.
The printer's Image Intelligence digital processing technology helps to enhance each and every print, so that they look even better! The technology automatically detects faces and then optimises exposure to produce perfect portrait prints. Underexposed faces are made brighter thanks to Backlight Correction, while Tungsten Correction removes the orange cast that can appear on faces caused by indoor lighting.
Each print also has an overcoat finish to ensure that colour stays vivid and fresh as the day the photo was printed.
