Fitness Monitors use wireless technology to transfer the data recorded from your exercise session to your computer, allowing you to analyse the data.
Fitness monitor watches work with the wireless heart rate monitor, cycling cadence/speed sensor and foot pod to inform you of your exercise performance while out running, walking, cycling or at the gym. These additional accessories can come with certain products or are available to purchase separately.
