The days of getting lost whilst driving are a thing of the past. In-Car Satellite Navigation (Sat Nav) means you will never again need to ask for directions or consult a confusing map.
Sat Navs are not just knowledgeable navigators, they can:
- Get you from A to B by simply entering an address, post code or previously saved destination.
- Inform you of the quickest or most suitable route to take.
- Provide you with information by talking to you, allowing you to keep your eyes on the road and stay safe.
- Inform you of your average speed. Some models can warn you about approaching speed cameras, traffic and bad weather.
Sat Navs use GPS (Global Positioning System) satellites that orbit the Earth to locate your position.
