Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our delivery charges include delivery, insurance,
picking & packing and other administration costs.
The delivery costs vary depending on the delivery service chosen, total volumetric or actual weight of the products you
have ordered and your location. We use well known and reputable couriers to ensure you receive your orders swiftly
and safely. As we stock the products we sell right on the premises, most products are shipped within 24 hours of
receiving the order.
Bigger, bulkier and heavier items cost more to be delivered. All our products are classified by size - small, medium
or large. If your order includes a small or medium sized item together with a larger item, you will only incur a
delivery charge for the large item. We aim to pack all your items together in one single parcel, but sometimes this
is not possible. Products such as large flat panel televisions, glass TV stands or home cinema systems have to be
delivered as separate parcels.
The delivery charge will be clearly stated in your basket before you reach the payment stage.
We deliver to all of the UK, although for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands/Islands and some remote areas the
delivery may take longer and cost more.
If you cannot wait for your delivery, why not use our Pickup In-Store service. Simply place your order online and collect
the order from our Ask store.

AskDirect UK Mainland & UK Offshore Delivery Services
In the checkout basket you will be offered a choice of delivery services:
Askdirect Standard - Order will be delivered before close of business on a working day (Monday to Friday) within
2-5 days from when we have accepted your order.
Askdirect Express - Order will be delivered before close of business on the next working day from when we have
accepted your order. Cut off for this delivery service will be 3pm on a working day provided we have accepted
your order.
Any orders received after 3pm on the last working day of the week or during weekends will be despatched on the next
working day.
We are happy to quote for Saturday Delivery. Our deliveries are insured for the full value of the order.
If you are paying by credit or debit card and your order value is over £100 then your goods can only be delivered to
the address registered with your card company. If your order value is under £100 then you will have the option to select
an alternative delivery address. Orders are despatched once we receive payment authorisation from your card issuer or we
are in receipt of cleared funds if you are paying by cheque or bank transfer.
We will provide you with a Tracking Number which will enable you to track the progress of your delivery.
Delivery service to all other countries
We can deliver to most countries outside the UK, but payment must be made by Bank Transfer. Orders will be despatched
when your payment is received in to our bank account.
When placing your order, specify the country of destination in the address section. Our Customer Services team will
contact you with a quote for the delivery charges and insurance. Your order will only be processed after you have
accepted the delivery charges that we have quoted.
Please note that you may be liable for Customs duties, clearance charges and other charges due to the clearing agents
in your country. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information.
