Free Standard Delivery
Any product ordered from Ask Direct comes with Free Delivery to UK Mainland Addresses as standard. Providing the order
is placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday and has passed payment security checks, the item(s) should be with you normally
within 1-2 Days. It should be noted that Free Delivery is not available for orders to these postcodes.
Delivery Options and Charges
Alternatively you can choose from a number of other delivery options such as Order Online, Pick up from our London-Store,
as well as Next Working Day or Saturday Delivery for a small fee.
Please note: All UK orders over £50, can only be delivered to the address that your credit or debit card is registered to,
no matter what delivery option you choose.

Ask use a number of well-known, reliable couriers to deliver your orders. With certain orders, you can track your parcel. If this is the case, there will be a link in your Order Delivery Confirmation email (not order confirmation email) which will take you to website for parcel tracking.
All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call. If there is any damage to your consignment or if any of it is missing, you should contact both the courier and ourselves straightaway.
International Delivery
Ask Direct deliver to most European countries, but payment must be made by Bank Transfer. Orders will be despatched when your payment has cleared into our bank account. When placing your order, specify the country of destination in the address section. If your country is not listed, please email us and we may able to provide you with a quote for the delivery charges and insurance for that particular country.
We may refuse at our discretion international orders for larger products such as TVs as insurance may not be available.
You may also be liable for customs duties, clearance charges and other charges due to the clearing agents in your country. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information.
