Bluetooth & FM Transmitters With a Bluetooth or FM Transmitter you can play your iPods music via a radio or Bluetooth compatible device.
Hear your iPod through an FM radio
Plug the FM transmitter into the iPod or mp3 player's headphone socket and listen to the device's music on your FM radio. FM transmitters transmit the audio output of the player on a FM radio frequency. This can then be picked up by radios close to the mp3 player, for example your car radio or kitchen radio. By tuning radio to the same frequency as the FM Transmitter the radio will play your music.
Wireless Music from your iPod
Bluetooth transmitters let you play your iPods music wirelessly via a Bluetooth signal. A number of the latest iPod speakers contain built in Bluetooth. By connecting a Bluetooth dongle to your iPod you can play your music through the speakers without needing a cable.
Both options are a convenient way to amplify your iPods music without needing to worry about long cables.
