Pick up in-store
When ordering online you have the option to collect your order from our ASK store in person.
This saves on delivery costs and time it takes for your order to arrive. With Pick Up In-Store you can usually collect your product within an hour after the order was completed.
Products must be collect from our ASK store on Tottenham Court Road, London.
Not all products are available to pick up in-store. Look for the Pick Up In-Store logo to see if you are able to pick up the product in-store.
When picking up in-store you will need to pay a £5 reservation cost when ordering the product from our website.
When you come to pay for the product in-store you will have the £5 taken off the original product price, so you don't lose any money for picking up in-store.
If you wish to Pick Up In-Store you need to follow these steps when ordering online:
- Make sure the item is available to Pick Up In-Store.
- Add the item to the basket as usual.
- Enter your name and phone number to reserve the stock.
- Choose Pick Up In-Store from the delivery options and pay the £5 reservation fee.
- After the order is completed you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
- It's a good idea to wait about an hour before you go to collect your item. Items should be ready within this time, although ASK cannot guarantee this.
- Once in store hand the assistant a copy of your Order Confirmation Email. Remember to take this with you!
- Pay for the product, you can pay with cash, credit or debit card.
- The £5 reservation fee will be taken off the total price of the product you're paying for.
- Pick Up In-Store orders are excluded from in-store promotions.
