Pick up in-store

You can choose to collect almost any order made on our website from our Ask store in London. This saves on delivery costs and means you don't have to wait around for your order to be delivered.

Most Pick Up In-Store orders can be collected approximately an hour after they have been made. Orders can then be collected from our ASK store, 248 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7QZ.

Not all products are available to pick up in-store. Look for the Pick Up In-Store logo on the product page to see if you are able to collect that particular item from our store.

All Pick Up In-Store orders require a £5 reservation fee, which is paid for in the checkout section of our website. This £5 is then deducted from the total price when you come to pay for the order in-store.

If you wish to Pick Up In-Store you need to follow these steps when ordering online:

Make sure the item is available to Pick Up In-Store.
Add the item to the basket as usual and then proceed to checkout
Choose Pick Up In-Store from the delivery options and pay the £5 reservation fee in the Billing section
Once the order is complete, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
It's a good idea to wait about an hour before you go to collect your item. Items should be ready within this time, although ASK cannot guarantee this.
Once in store, hand the assistant a copy of your Order Confirmation Email. Remember to take this with you!
Pay for the product - You can pay with cash, credit or debit card.
The £5 reservation fee will be taken off the total price of the order

Please note: Pick Up In-Store orders are excluded from in-store promotions.
