Return under 30 days

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, we’ll exchange or refund it. Simply contact our Customer Support Team, along with your order number and we will provide you with a FREE returns label and instructions to drop to nearest drop-off point. 

Products must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and must not be damaged in any way. If product is not returned in its original packaging, is damaged or has missing accessories, we reserve the right to refuse refund or charge for missing accessories. If you've used or installed it, we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. Please note, this could be up to 50% of the price of the item.

You’ll be refunded within 14 days from the day you drop your product to a drop-off point or us collecting the product from your home.

The following unwanted items can not be returned:
- Returning product after 30 days
- Custom made or special order products
- Products such as in-ear headphones or ear plugs once opened

Faulty after 30 days

If your product develops a fault after 30 days but within the warranty period then we will offer a prompt repair service. You can either return this back to us for repair or we may arrange for it to be repaired through the manufacturers' service agents.

Please note that this does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, exposure to sand and water, or failure to follow the manufacturer's operating instructions.

You will be liable for all delivery charges covering the return and replacement of the faulty product.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Simply contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and we will email you back with a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). Once you have received the RAN you may return the product back to us by courier or in person to our store at:

(Please ensure you get insurance cover for the full value of the product as we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused in transit)

We can also arrange the return for you, just simply let us know when you contact us for the RAN. Our charges are £5 for items under 5kg and £20 for items over 5kg.
